Terms and conditions of sale
These terms apply to purchases from eliteautosinc.ca, operated by Elite Autos Inc, 6295 Mississauga Road, Suite 219, Mississauga, Ontario L5N 1A8 (contact@eliteautosinc.ca). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Products and fitment
We describe each product as accurately as we can. Ancillary parts supplied with used JDM units vary from unit to unit. You are responsible for confirming that a part suits your vehicle; we are happy to check fitment if you send us your VIN and current engine or transmission code before ordering.
2. Prices and currency
All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We may correct pricing or typographical errors before an order is fulfilled; if we do, we will contact you before processing the order.
3. Sales taxes
Product prices do not include sales taxes. Where Elite Autos Inc is required to collect GST, HST, PST or QST, it is added at checkout based on the delivery province.
4. Payment
We currently accept bank transfer and wire transfer. After you place your order we email you our banking details. Orders are held until payment has cleared and are prepared for shipping after that.
5. Shipping, returns and warranty
Delivery, returns and warranty are covered by our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, Core Return Policy and Warranty Policy, which form part of these terms.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Elite Autos Inc’s total liability for any claim arising from the purchase or use of a product is limited to the price paid for that product. Elite Autos Inc is not liable for incidental or consequential costs such as towing, labour, vehicle rental, loss of time or third-party shop fees.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Ontario.
