Elite Autos Inc handles personal information in accordance with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This policy explains what we collect and why.

1. What we collect

Contact details: name, billing and delivery address, email address and phone number.
Vehicle details: VIN, year, make, model and engine or transmission code, used to confirm fitment.
Order details: products ordered, payment status and correspondence about your order.
Technical information: IP address, browser type and cookies needed for the cart, checkout and site security.

We do not collect or store payment card numbers. Bank and wire transfers are made directly through your financial institution.

2. How we use it

To process and deliver your order and arrange freight or pickup.
To answer fitment and technical questions.
To handle warranty claims and returns.
To prevent fraud and meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with service providers that help us run the business: freight carriers (to deliver your order), our website and email hosting provider, and payment providers when card payments are introduced. Some providers may store information outside Canada, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

4. Retention

We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and other information only as long as needed for the purposes above.

5. Your rights
